For any windows based game/app you will need a really good desktop/gaming laptop to get it working on the quest or any other vr headset.
Also a few years ago you at linden developed a viewer that supported vr for these secondlife viewers I actually created a small empire of ancient egypt at the time with visitable pyramids and temples, as well as a fully detailed and visitable city in vr. One day, if and when vr catches on more widely, it would be desirable as an option in sl At the moment there's too much wrong sl's performance and that needs fixing before introducing a feature like vr
The nausea problems some people experience with vr would be a lot worse if there's lag, jerky movement and textures reloading all the time!!! But there's another just as important problem with vr in sl The whole idea behind vr is to allow the user to immerse themselves into a virtual reality Second life is not made for that level of immersion, it's made to be watched from a bit of distance
Try to spend a few hours in mouselook and you should get the idea
What got me into thinking vr sl was arizona sunshine which is basically a sim but where you can only shoot zombies It would be nice if someone would do something similar but like sim building like we do in sl I remember having tons of fun with details, placing rocks and trees, paths and streams teraforming etc In sl it was fun and relaxing.

Support for mobile devices is problematic Mobile devices do not have the rendering power needed to render a virtual world Nor will they have for some years Sl will not be able to support oculus rift type vr headsets
