I've disabled all the bs xbox stuff & turned off gaming mode since the beginning Still this this appears on startup. An hour or so later, i'd done nothing else to the system And xbox app is broke again
Looked in event viewer and it had auto updated the gaming services So i assume that must be whats causing it But no matter how much i try to uninstall thoroughly and reinstall gaming services. It doesn't fix the issue.

Yes probably, if you try to play at all with any modded files, then you should stop there Purge your game files of all mods, then play rdo I think version.dll automatically disables online anyway. My game was running completely fine till yesterday and when i tried to open my game today, it showed the same issue but as you have suggested to go to windows services and enable the rockstar game library service, it is not there , its not in the services list , and every youtube video tells to do this but what do i do if there is nothing to.
